Actual timing varies according to documentation, verification, lender requirements, property information, valuation requirements, underwriting, third-party services, holidays, and borrower responsiveness.
Future Value Renovation HELOC
Projected after-renovation value may be considered under certain eligible financing programs. Projected value does not guarantee loan approval, qualification, or a particular credit limit. Program availability, appraisal or valuation, project requirements, property eligibility, underwriting, and other lender requirements apply.
No Monthly Payment Home Equity Option
Certain Home Equity Investment, Home Equity Agreement, or similar products may not require traditional monthly loan payments.
